Friendly Pet Reminder

While we are a pet friendly community, we do ask that you please pick up any pet waste. Failure to do so results in a $100 fine. There are free waste bags at the doggie stations on property. Also, please remember to keep your furry friends on a leash when in the common areas.

RESIDENT MONTHLY MOVIE– The 33

Plot: In 2010, the eyes of the world turned to Chile, where 33 miners had been buried alive by the catastrophic explosion and collapse of a 100-year-old gold and copper mine. Over the next 69 days, an international team worked night and day in a desperate attempt to rescue the trapped men as their families and friends, as well as millions of people globally, waited and watched anxiously for any sign of hope. But 200 stories beneath the surface, in the suffocating heat and with tensions rising, provisions and time were quickly running out.

VISITOR PARKING REMINDER

If you have visitors that do not have access to the garage, please have them utilize the parking stalls located in front of the buildings. Also, anyone that does have a garage       remote must park in the assigned stalls.

BRIDGE

ANNUAL PAPER SHREDDING

Next month we will have our annual paper shredding event. If you have anything at all to shred bring it on over to the clubhouse. This will be available all of April!

Thursday, March 10: Monthly bridge meeting. Start time will be 1:00 PM at the Clubhouse. Please RSVP to the Office by Tuesday, March 8th if you would like to play.

Thursday, March 17: We will have our St. Patrick’s Day Bingo party. The party will be from 1:00– 3:00 PM. We will provide snacks and beverages. Please RSVP office by Tuesday, March 15th.

Monday, March 21: Come join fellow residents at the Clubhouse for Monday Morning Coffee. Coffee and snacks are provided. Cost is $1.

Thursday, March 24: Movie Day! “The 33” will go from 1:30—4:00 PM. It runs approximately 2 hours and 6 minutes. Please see movie synopsis above for more information. Drinks and popcorn will be provided. Please RSVP to the office by Wednesday, March 23rd.
