We would like to welcome our newest Lakeside residents that joined our community in November:
Rob and Betty O., Building 4

Lakeside Hills would like to congratulate one of our residents (Scarlett W.) for her induction last month into the OPS Athletic Hall of Fame! The following is an excerpt from the Omaha World Herald by Stu Pospisil (2016, October 2):

“The longtime girls sports coach began her OPS career during the 1960s at Indian Hill Junior High and Bryan Junior/Senior High School. The native of northwest Arkansas, who lettered 16 times at Arkansas Tech, returned to Bryan High School and coached tennis, gymnastics, swimming, diving and soccer.
In addition to her high school coaching, she coached U.S. Synchronized Swimming, served as a scorekeeper for basketball, volleyball and wrestling, volunteered at state events and registered as a referee in volleyball, basketball, swimming, diving and soccer. She retired from OPS in 1998, then taught in the Elkhorn schools before retiring after 50 years as an educator.
She still referees volleyball, swimming and diving and is the official scorer for the Metro Conference basketball tournament. “

We would like to thank everyone that participated in the Food Bank for the Heartland food drive. It was a great success and raised 618 lbs of food! We are thankful to have such a wonderful apartment community and it wouldn’t be possible without you, the residents!
All bicycles without red tags have been removed.
Please make sure all personal items are removed from the garage. Nothing is allowed to be stored outside of the yellow parking stall lines, unless it is a bike (which needs to be placed in the bike rack area).
